Refund policy
We sell Digital products and physical products both, we work very hard to ensure shipment is on timely basis and also secured, which is why we have no return policy.
However, we are here to help, you can request us to consider a replacement of the item ordered in case it is damaged when you received it.
In order for us to consider your request for replacement, you will need to provide us with the correct order id, email address and the name under which it was ordered.
You will also need to provide us with photo or video proof that the item was indeed damaged at the receipt of the item, a video of unboxing would be needed to consider it as a proof.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned.
Digital products are downloadable immediately, hence once ordered cannot be exchanged or returned
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Refunds will be eligible on physical products in case the order is made but the shipment has not been initiated. In such a case, we need to receive a communication for a request for cancellation before the shipment has been initiated. We ship the product within 2 days of the order, except during weekends, in which case, it may take upto 4 days.
Refunds for payments made via Snapmint will be processed through original payment mode. Fee charged by Snapmint will be non refundable.
